4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that mistakes can happen.
- Donation refunds are possible only in case of an error in the transaction (e.g., double payment).
- Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of the transaction to cdcsraipur14@gmail.com with proof of payment.
- CDCS will review and process genuine requests within 10 working days.
- All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the CDCS management.
